Arsenal pull defender Sead Kolasinac out the Bosnia squad

Arsenal & Sead Kolasinac

It’s been a frustrating start to the season for Sead Kolasinac at Arsenal.

Kolasinac has yet to feature for the Gunners in the Premier League.

That’s after Kolasinac missed the start of the season with a knock.

Kolasinac is slowly getting back into the groove. Last week, for example, he played in Arsenal’s 3-0 win at Qarabag in the Europa League.

However Kolasiniac failed to impress Martin Keown on his comeback for the Gunners last week in Azerbaijan.

Kolasinac withdraws from the Bosnia squad

On Wednesday morning it’s been confirmed that Kolasinac has withdrawn from the Bosnia squad.

Bosnia will take on Turkey and Northern Ireland during the current international break.

According to reports out of Bosnia, Kolasinac is leaving the BiH camp on direction from Arsenal.

The Gunners reportedly wrote to the Bosnian FA to ask for Kolasinac to be excused.

To be clear, Kolasinac has not suffered any fresh injury setback.

Instead this just seems to be a precautionary measure.
